Entry Level Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The candidate must be friendly and a good team player, have a great phone manner, excellent grammar skills and willingness to learn with an eye to details. Experience is not necessary but we are willing to train the right qualified candidate. Typing skills and computer skills are a must. Fluent in reading and speaking Spanish is required to communicate with our Spanish speaking contacts.

The entry level receptionist will provide customer support and coordinate administrative matters relating to patient/customer relations. Collaborate with the team in planning our social media presence and posts across all media platforms. The candidate will assist the department with patient supplies and deliveries coordination, assist clinical staff with patient satisfaction through support, operations and communication. The receptionist will enhance the customer service experience by compiling & updating weekly status of the customer experience, and reporting to the case managers.

Qualifications Requirements/Skills:

  • Great phone presence with focus on customer service
  • Self-Starter - Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to multitask and be task oriented.

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will interact with patients, and the families, actively, listen to callers in order to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or concerns and provide an accurate and efficient response. They are polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

  • Engages in active listening with callers to learn about and address their needs, concerns, or other inquiries related to hospice services.
  • Responds accurately and promptly to callers inquiries, ensuring that callers feel supported and valued.
  • Maintain records of caller interactions, comments, and inquiries.
  • Utilizes software, databases, call scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team in planning our social media presence and posts across all social media platforms.
  • Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

Pay rate: $16.50 - $18.00
