**Must have at least 2 years experience doing industrial mechanical Technician work
The position is to fill the role of a Facilities Mechanical Technician for the following facilities:
Microprocessor manufacturing plant facilities support areas consisting of boilers, chillers, pumps, fans, chemical treatment systems, controls, SCADA systems, and related equipment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Role is facilities Technician. -Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide
Variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide
Variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.
Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters.
Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. -Receives general instructions and review of job plans for all work.
Duties: -
Operates, maintains, and performs minor upgrade projects on mechanical systems on the (Aloha) campus. -Includes doing the monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual PMs, as well as fixing any operational and maintenance issues that occur on the mechanical system.
Required Skills:
-Knowledge of the mechanical system chillers, boilers, air handlers, compressors, etc operation.
-Experience performing general industrial mechanical work including instrument calibrations.
-Must have the ability to manage workload of multiple projects of
Varying complexity.
Administrative skills: -Walking and signing no-impact permits SIPP permits, Iogging into e-whiteboard, tool owner coordination, Iocate points of connection, performing equipment Iock-out/tag-out, and completing job close-out documentation
