**Sales Coordinator**

Sales Hebron , Kentucky Minimum Experience **Entry-level** The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the daily transactional support of customer accounts and assisting the Sales Team Managers and Directors. They must provide exceptional internal and external customer service and process maintenance while maintaining an organized and effective information system.

Specific Responsibilities/Accountability:

* Lead projects from inception to completion throughout the office campus.

* Assist Sales Managers in creating customer proposals based on customer profile, sales history and needs.

* After sales visit, firm up customer proposals in preparation for order entry and communicate any additional follow up needed to the appropriate teams to ensure the agreed upon deadline is met.

* Respond to buyer inquiries to ensure appropriate and timely follow-up.

* Communicate directly with customers if delays or other issues are anticipated with delivery of product. Work directly with other departments and retail buyers to find alternative solutions and request extensions from the customer if necessary.

* Submit customer sample requests to the Sample Department and mail if needed.

* Work with customer systems and attend training in order to analyze customer business.

* Assume expert role with system data to effectively research sales and demographic information.

* Meet with Sales Manager and Marketing Managers to discuss information and make product sales recommendations for future seasons.

* Prepare and analyze End of Season customer recaps utilizing sales information.

* Manage key item tracking internally and with customer.

* Data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

* May attend Tradeshows if and when appropriate to expand GALERIE business sales.

* Provide back up for the Sales Managers when they are out of the office or unavailable.

Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree in Business related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must. Experience with Access and ERP Systems is a plus.

* Self starter that can positively influence others. A positive, upbeat and interactive style is very important.

* Very organized/deadline driven

* Can work effectively with little supervision

* Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written formats, with all levels of business professionals

* Understanding of basic retail math

* Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple projects at one time
