The Customer Service Representative position (full time Mon- Fri@ Nova Center ) will maintain solid client relationships by handling appointment scheduling and verification, resolving clients questions and concerns, and managing data entry.
What we're looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Knowledge and proficiency with Computer
- Customer Service experience
What you'll be doing:- Perform receptionist duties, acknowledging and assisting clients, visitors, vendors, etc.
- Perform data entry functions into computer
- Answer telephone in timely manner
- Verity appointments, reschedule appointment, make appointments
- Take messages for staff, or route calls to voice mail
- Answer questions, verity client demographic information in computer
- Accept co-payments, key into computer, print receipts
- Balance monetary amounts taken daily and submit to Accounting
- Conduct reminder calls for next day appointments
- Scan documents into computer, fax requested information
- Inform therapist the client is present, reschedule, schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide excuses to clients who request appointment verification
- Attend and complete required training
- Attend staff meetings
- Full Time Monday - Friday
