We are currently hiring for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician provides hands-on services for all types of maintenance. The Building Maintenance Technician contributes to the minor and major facility improvements, renovations, and upkeep of new and old facilities and mechanical systems. The Facilities Department plays a critical role in providing smooth operation of all departments to ensure our members have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all building finishes are in top-notch condition.
  • Support Maintenance and Mechanical technicians with their work
  • Complete work orders and preventive maintenance promptly using asset management software. (Limble)
  • Recognize and report any issues or potential issues throughout the Yellowstone Club Property using the asset management software.
  • Perform all tasks required for the maintenance and operation of a commercial building.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Experience in all items below is not required):

  • Minor construction projects including doors and hardware, trim, drywall, paint, etc.
  • Remodel projects including framing, drywall, millwork, paint, etc.
  • Support construction crews with cutting, protection, and clean up
  • Perform snow removal to assist snowmelt areas as needed during storms
  • Assist in removing snow from underground storage and propane tanks
  • Support events team for unique special event projects
  • Changing of mechanical air system filters
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Outdoor furniture support. Moving furniture, touching up furniture and refinishing furniture.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Highest standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate issues to management
  • Valid Drivers License
