The Analyst, Finance works as a Co-Pilot to the Marketing team. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to Brand Marketing. You will provide insightful financial analysis and reporting that will guide impactful business decisions that drives company results. You will work cross-functionally across all levels of the organizations to launch new items, renovate existing and evaluate internal resources. A person in this role will actively participate in various elements of the areas below as directed:
* Provide financial analysis and guidance to achieve strategic business objectives
* Lead financial analysis and insights for Innovation and Renovation (I&R)
* Support cost savings initiatives and demand capacity discussions
* Support annual sales budgeting or other areas as directed
* Preparation of all monthly Marketing sales and profit reporting for the group
* Manage monthly I&R financial updates
* Preparation of monthly and annual dynamic sales forecast
* Prepare and share Marketing sales and profit results, analytical comments and insights
* Provide short and long term demand forecasting
**Requirements:**
* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required
* 2+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit required
* Data analysis and Microsoft Office Skills (in-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint)
* PowerBI experience preferred
* Advanced Excel functionality experience; pivot tables, v-lookup, and logical formatting experience
