About the Position:
- Efficiently manage CEO's schedule for internal and external meetings, ensuring strategic planning on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Assist in updating and managing CEO's project list, executing follow-up actions promptly as directed.
- Coordinate CEO's calendar and oversee Executive Office support staff in arranging meetings, including room reservations and AV needs.
- Facilitate scheduling and preparation for one-on-one and group meetings with the Executive team members, providing necessary reminders and agendas.
- Liaise with HR for new staff hires and department gatherings; Manage communication with Board members and volunteer leaders.
- Directly handle urgent requests for CEO's time and oversee international and domestic travel arrangements.
- Complete other tasks and duties as required.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 10+ years of executive administration experience with 3+ years of experience as a staff manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a proven track record in planning and project execution.
- Adaptable to change and innovation, finding innovative solutions for evolving processes and projects.
- Skilled at building effective partnerships, collaborating seamlessly with consultants and vendors.
- Proven record of time-management, adaptability, and follow-through.
Position Information:
- $100K-$120K, depending on experience.
- 100% in-person position.
- Office located in Washington, DC.
