We are looking for someone to supervise the activities related to warehousing and warehouse personnel by performing the required duties.

**Knowledge/ training (preferred):**
Proficiency driving a sit-down and stand-up forklift.
Order picking, shipping, receiving product, understanding how to piece orders together, and outbound product loading/unloading.
Product on racking, bulk storage and cycle counting, warehouse safety, business operating software, MS Office, and forklift.
**Experience (preferred):**
3+ years of related experience as Warehouse Supervisor.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent is preferred.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
Sorts and places items on racks, shelves, or in bins, according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping.
Marks materials with identifying information.
Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Uses computer to enter records, with basic knowledge of the software systems.
Operates forklift to transport stored items from shelves to package area for shipment.
Maintains inventory records.
Performs cycle counting on a regular basis.

Generates data and provides analysis revolving around improved efficiencies, cost savings, and increased sales.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance. Responsible for addressing employee complaints and resolving problems.
*Unique aspects of this job - Common hand tools are used in this position as well as frequent use of forklift and pallet jacks.*
