Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Maintain the financial health and profitability of the retail side of the business by managing budgets, optimizing expenses, and implementing strategies that drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that exceed sales targets. Define clear objectives, identify new opportunities, and establish actionable steps to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Marketing Strategy: Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract both new and repeat customers while enhancing community engagement. Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns, utilizing digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review and monitor business and personnel performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback and support to the team.
  • Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of website content, including the management of product descriptions and tags for enhanced customer experience, optimize website functionality through integrated apps, and develop marketing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Social Media Coordination: Coordinate social media efforts, oversee content creators, monitor engagement metrics, manage TikTok accounts, and address customer issues to enhance online presence and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Acquisition: Contribute to the sourcing, assessment, and selection of talent to build the infrastructure needed to sustain and grow our expanding business.
  • Brand Amplification: Strategize and execute initiatives to amplify brand exposure through impactful collaborations with influencers and innovative marketing approaches such as public relations campaigns and targeted advertising. Utilize proven methods to boost brand visibility, engage target audiences across multiple channels, and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead the team in providing outstanding customer service by establishing and maintaining high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy. Train and mentor staff to engage customers effectively, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to continuously improve service quality and customer loyalty.
  • Photoshoot Management: Coordinate and oversee photoshoots for marketing campaigns and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the brand's identity and objectives. Work with creative teams, photographers, and models to create impactful imagery that showcases products effectively. Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to facilitate seamless production and delivery.
  • Retail Market Coordination: Coordinate and oversee retail markets to ensure a consistent customer experience and maximize profitability. Manage product assortments, inventory, and pricing strategies to maintain consistency and optimize performance. Collaborate closely with production, inventory, and sales teams to streamline market operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fashion Acumen: Demonstrated interest and knowledge in the fashion industry, including but not limited to, understanding of different styles, designers, and fashion movements.
  • Proven experience in retail operations management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred.
