Position Overview:
We're searching for a seasoned veteran in frontend web application development to join our Irvine-based team. You will be joining a high-performance team working with cutting-edge industry-leading technology. If you like the challenge of working with the latest in technology and systems processing billions of data-points per day, you might be a good fit.
At Rand McNally we provide end to end solutions in fleet management technologies, from installer hardware through to frontend data analytics displays. Our system processes terabytes of data each month from tens of thousands of devices across the world in an event driven backend architecture.
You will be setting development standards and assisting in solving some of the most complex display issues, as well as coaching other software engineers on VueJS.
Required Experience:
Designing and building modern and scalable web applications with VueJS.
Software engineering leadership.
Familiar with the latest development trends and frameworks.
Building complex, scalable web applications.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Desirable Interests / Experience:
UI/UX Foundational knowledge.
