You will be responsible for following detailed work instructions and performing tasks such as soldering, wiring, and testing. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will ensure the reliability and functionality of our products. Join our team and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.In this role, you will impact the quality and performance of our products through your precise assembly and testing skills.Key Responsibilities1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday- FridayOperate assigned equipment.Perform tasks such as soldering, wiring and testingSupport the Honeywell Operating SystemMaintain assigned work areasComply with all safety rules.Record and report applicable data.Analyze and interpret dataPerform product changeoversMake/lead corrections to the processPerform equipment testing as neededPerform operations at the discretion of leadershipU.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirementsYOU MUST HAVEHigh School Diploma/GED equivalent2 + years assembly and testing experienceWE VALUEDemonstrated ability to assemble units with quality and first time yield mindsetAbility to analyze information and conceptsAbility to collaborate with others and work independentlyAbility to identify key detailsAbility to troubleshootGood coordination, motor skills, and dexterityCreative thinking and idea generationSome Soldering, Testing, Assembly, etc. experienceAbility to communicate information clearly and effectivelyHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
