**Warehouse Operations - Austin, TX - Full Time**
Four Hands is looking for an experienced Inventory Optimization Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing the processes that support inventory and order accuracy within the Warehouse. * Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or relevant field
* Inventory Control, Supply Chain or Logistics experience with distribution company is required
* 2+ years experience in a leadership role required
* Multiple location inventory control experience is required
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* Experience using a system to calculate inventory record accuracy
* Understanding of financial reporting methods and standards
* Experience in developing and analyzing inventory optimization methods, process documentation, and work instruction documentation
* Demonstrated competency as a change agent with the ability to manage and lead small teams
* Excellent project management skills with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to drive results
* Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good time management skills
* Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and environment
* Strong interpersonal skills to demonstrate teamwork, leadership and flexibility while working with all levels of the organization
