Job Title: Treatment Team Specialist (Part-time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Treatment Team Specialist on a part-time basis. The Treatment Team Specialist will work closely with other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care to individuals in need of mental health services.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Provide direct support to clients, including offering crisis intervention, counseling, and support services
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate interventions
- Monitor clients' progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Provide education and support to clients' families and caregivers
- Attend trainings and workshops to stay current on best practices in the field of mental health treatment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a mental health or social services setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

Schedule: Part-time position, 16-24 hours weekly
