David Gardner's Jewelers is seeking an Operations team member/Customer Service Representative to join our team full time.

They are seeking a motivated candidate, willing to deliver exceptional customer service, someone who is detail-oriented and would be excited to join a fast paced high energy team. This isn t your typical customer service role. As a vital member of the David Gardner s team, the ideal candidate is someone whose priority is attention to detail and collaborates successfully with cross-functional teams. Must also have an ability to creatively problem solve and willingness to do what s necessary to ensure our customers have an unforgettable David Gardner's experience.

  • Daily administrative, detail oriented tasks
  • Contribute to internal documentation details
  • Act as an advocate to improve the customer experience
  • Engage with customers and suppliers daily
  • Constant attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills

The person in this role will need to be detail oriented as we handle high cost merchandise daily by checking it in and out of our systems. This also includes shipping and receiving merchandise daily to provide the biggest inventory options to our customers. We do lots of research on sourcing the best stones and metals to create masterful pieces of jewelry. We also ask that this person be able to bring creative ideas to our team as we often talk about jewelry designs and things we see trending and revisiting the classics.
