Are you a highly skilled and motivated bilingual (Spanish & English) individual who is passionate about working with children? If so, we have an immediate opening for a Bilingual Preschool Teacher at our Language Immersion Early Learning Center, located at 801 S. Willow Street Chattanooga, TN 37404.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement daily lesson/activity plans within established guidelines
- Supervise children, classroom, and all activities
- Make ongoing, systematic observations and evaluations of each child
- Conduct parent conferences and maintain positive relationships through effective communication with parents
- Maintain program site and equipment
- Maintain required program records
- Attend and participate in family nights, program activities, staff meetings, and staff training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of college preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Meets educational and experience qualifications established by state law
Physical Demands:- Ability to plan, lead, and participate in activities in both indoor and outdoor settings and various temperatures
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, and lift
Training:- CPR, First Aid, AED certifications, and Child Abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire date
- New Employee Orientation required within the first week of hire
- Required state training for licensed sites
