Team Leader - Manufacturing Needham Manufacturing Full time Permanent **Job Title:** Team Lead
**Reporting To:** Shift Lead
**Hours of Work:** 05:30am-14:00pm / 13:45pm-22:15pm rotating shifts
**Salary:** 27,000
**Your role:**
As a result of continuous growth, the opportunity has arisen for a **Team Lead** to join our manufacturing team.
As a team leader, your role is to ensure the Operatives within your team are performing efficiently and effectively and that the machinery is operating at its optimum level at all times. As part of this process, you will control the pallets/wood products and confirm they are of the expected standard.
You will support your team with the manufacture of a wide spectrum of products to ensure we are able, as a business, to deliver an effective and efficient service to all our customers and provide them with the products that they require on time and in full.
You will work effectively with your team leading and coaching in order to maintain high levels of output during each shift, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety Procedures and quality standards are adhered to at all times.
