* Present, promote and sell products/services
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
* Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
* Experience in traveling to present in trade shows / exhibits
* 2+ years prospecting, pitching and closing new customers.
* Experience presenting in person and virtual demos of a product via screen share.
* Experience with pipeline generation and management.
* Experience with and knowledge of Hubspot CRM, Zoominfo & similar sales technology
* Working knowledge of prospecting with online tools; Linkedin, social platforms
* Highly Motivated, coachable, and strong work ethic to join the top 1% in sales.
* Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills with a positive approach.
* 2+ Years selling a product or service with repeat relational sales methods would be desired but not required.
* Must be a team player willing to assist others at all levels of the organization
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior client service and maintain cooperative working relationships
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team
* Ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in group setting
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
* Periodic travel for events
