Able to stand, sit, stoop, crawl, walk, and sometimes run, climb, reach, push and pull objects.
Able to work in close quarters, such as crawl spaces.
Able to carry, erect, and climb a ladder up to a 30 ft. ladder
Able to lift or carry objects up to 50 lbs.
A certified Forklift is required
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination
Verify all service tickets to ensure all customers are scheduled for service according to their agreed-upon schedule. Maintain a Master List of all service customers to ensure all customers are serviced as scheduled.
Assign all service jobs to filter technicians for completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for filter technicians to discuss any changes to customer work scopes.
Notify the Supervisor of any changes to service tickets on a timely basis and note changes on service tickets to ensure proper invoicing of customers.
Serve as primary contact with service customers for scheduling services and any areas of concern related to services. Trouble-shoot any service follow-up calls.
Perform random quality checks at job sites.
Perform service technician duties as needed.
Assist the Supervisor in training service technicians for proper filter installations at all job sites.
Perform service surveys, as needed.
Manage inspection and maintenance records for company vehicle(s). This includes monthly in-house inspections of the performance and cleanliness of the vehicle(s).
Warehouse Coordination:
Coordinate and perform general warehouse shipping and receiving duties
Assemble Invoice Orders for Technicians' daily routes
Assemble Orders for customer pickups and deliveries
Receive Incoming freight
Coordinate with the Supervisor to schedule deliveries
Make custom filters as needed
Keep Warehouse clean and organized
Expected hours: 40 per week
