What does the ROLE entail?
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware
- Assists stewarding manager with keeping an organized accurate inventory throughout the hotel areas
- Act as a liaison between kitchen and banquet departments ensuring food safety protocols are met
- Ensure food replenishment is handled in a timely manner
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Fast-paced environment that requires moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing
- Timely and accurate delivery of China, silverware, cookware and food for event functions within the hotel
