Responsibilities Utility Operator - Manufacturing The Mankato Minnesota facility is seeking a Utility/Material Handler for our production department. We currently have a full-time day shift available. This position supports the day-to-day functions on the production floor. Full-time schedule: 12-hour shift, 6 am start time; working every other weekend (3 days in week 1 and 4 days in week 2). $18.58 per hour starting pay plus $1.75 differential pay for hours worked between 5 pm - 5 am. Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operation of the stretch wrapper and lifting equipment Understanding of packaging specifications Knowledgeable of the different material types Complete production reports & forms Communication & teamwork with co-workers ISO document for job level Abide by all safety rules and procedures Providing labeling to finished goods Working in a high paced, stressful, extremely warm environment Regularly lifting up to 35 lbs., occasional up to 75 lbs.; stooping, bending, and climbing ladders to multi-levels Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, or up to one-year related manufacturing experience or training.
