Job Details

Showroom/Sales Assistant Location: San Francisco Job Description Reporting to Sales, with daily accountability to the Design Director and Business Development Director. Otherwise referred to as, The Team.

Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure that the highest level of Customer Service is given at all times.

To assist The Team in the day to day running of the showroom and to make certain that the showroom is visually merchandised to an excellent standard.

Job Duties to include, but not limited to:

Front of House Duties

Scheduled Client Visits

Back Room Duties (Office Supervisory role) Inclusive of all team.

General in addition to all duties undertaken by Showroom Assistants:

Responsibility for display of all marketing items and stationery upkeep.

Work with Client Support team and Owner when required.

To assist in the review of all systems on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels when required.

Ideation log and follow up of possible implementation of sales generated ideas

Highlight any training issues which may be identified.

Key holder responsibilities.

Job Requirements Customer Service

To ensure that Poliform Customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.

To deal promptly with Customer complaints.

This should be in accordance with Company policy with the input of the team.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

High end customer service and luxury retail experience, preferably in Interiors market ideal but not required.

Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask

Exceptional communicator both written and verbal
