ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate should have documented experience working as an automotive dealership booker or warranty administrator with knowledge of automotive: parts, diagnostic procedures, repair procedures, and general vehicle knowledge.
* Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete according to Jaguar Land Rover and dealership standards.
* Verify flagged technician labor and comments.
* Ensure corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed correctly.
* Verify appropriate documentation is included.
* Monitor comebacks and KPI/Warranty Key Performance Indicators.
* Provide timely and accurate reports and administrative assistance as needed.
* Proactively communicate potential issues with management and other departments via text, email, and/or phone in order to support our goal of providing the best possible customer experience.
* Maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and work space.
* Complete required dealership training.
* Abide by company policy, departmental best practices/procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
