Job Location Wisconsin Athletic Club LLC Corporate - West Allis, WI * Specific responsibilities include fitness equipment cleaning, preventative maintenance, and repair
* Maintaining the proper function of all fitness equipment in the building; including but not limited to all Cardio, Strength, Stretching and Group Exercise Equipment
* Assesses needs, trouble-shoots situations, and assists with problem solving, reporting all problems and concerns to the operations manager
* Performs repairs as needed when applicable based on the manufacturers recommendations
* Records and reports all needed repairs, repairs as directed
* Attend additional fitness equipment service and maintenance trainings as requested
* Maintains a working knowledge of Building Emergency Procedures
* Performs other duties as requested or assigned
* Minimum of one-three years related experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical equipment or systems
* Mechanical or electrical aptitude and experience working with hand tools is required.
* Ability to work independently and manage time and projects efficiently
* Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
* Ability to report and record maintenance requests
* Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
* Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment
* Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
