Job Description:
Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals? Elite Sports Clubs is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Group Exercise Instructors to join our team. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will lead energizing, fun, and safe fitness classes, providing guidance and motivation to our members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging group fitness classes in accordance with established formats and guidelines.
- Create a positive and supportive environment for participants of all fitness levels.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed.
- Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals.
- Foster a sense of community among class participants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio.
Qualifications:- Certification in group exercise instruction (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM).
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
- Minimum of one year of experience teaching group fitness classes preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Passion for fitness and helping others lead healthy lifestyles.
