A prominent real estate company based in Miami, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant. This role is crucial for managing potential tenant interest both in-person and via digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and professional leasing experience throughout the process.
Challenges You Will Face:
- Respond to potential tenant inquiries about rental properties, both in-person and through digital platforms.
- Show properties, answer questions, and finalize lease terms.
- Set clear tenant expectations for security deposits, rent procedures, and amenities included in the lease.
- Prepare potential tenant background checks, including reference letters, rental history, income verification, and lease applications.
- Properly execute all lease terms and take necessary steps in the case of a defaulting tenant.
- Provide guidance on the internal Tenant Cloud registration procedure.
Skills We Would Love to See in Your Profile:
- Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
- Intermediate understanding of MS Office.
- Bilingual profile, preferably in English and Spanish.
