Mishimoto is the world leader in aftermarket performance cooling products. As the Warehouse Manager, youll help us stay on top by managing everything that comes in, goes out and stays in our warehouse facility (some of which includes pretty awesome parts for some really sweet rides). Youll ensure we have accurate inventory levels, on time and accurate shipments, timely inbound item receipts, as well as happy customers and team members. You provide strong, active and positive leadership for our warehouse team furthering our special Team Mishi culture.

**What Youll Do:**

**Warehouse/Inventory**

* Lead, inspire, grow, and develop warehouse team members.

* Oversee the day to day warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, order kitting, light assembly and inventory management.

* Review manpower levels and assignments based on projected volume to ensure that staffing levels/skill sets are appropriate.

* Provide insight into the layout of the warehouse ensuring the best utilization of the facility for product access, rotation, safety, and efficiency.

* Maintain safe working conditions of the warehouse, including leading safety training for the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures, conducting safety inspections, scheduling regular maintenance of warehouse equipment and issuing work orders for repairs or making recommendations for replacements.

* Oversee all things related to the inventory at our Nevada warehouse. Youll continually review, audit and improve all procedures to guarantee inventory integrity and cycle count accuracies. Youll also generate reports and reconcile balances while keeping the finance team informed of any discrepancies.

* Continuously strive to reduce costs by improving the warehouse efficiencies, reducing warehouse expenses and product waste.

* Establish, implement and monitor internal key performance indicators to ensure positive performance. Youll also report out on monthly KPIs with recommendations for areas of improvement.

* Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to current requirements and advising the leadership team on best practices and requirements.

**Budgeting**

* Responsible for development and active management of a comprehensive budget for the warehouse department, including participating in the annual budgeting process, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action.

**Troubleshooting**

* Partner with the Sales, Customer Service, and Production departments to follow up on any problems with customer deliveries that may arise.

**Your Creds:**

* Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field.

* 5 - 15 years experience in warehouse management, supervision, safety management, and managing processes.

* 5 - 15 years inventory management experience and previous experience with inventory management systems.

* Experience with a WMS.

**Physical Demands and Working Conditions:**

* Normal warehouse environment

* Require flexibility including availability to work alternating shifts as needed.

* Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs (Dont skip leg day!)
