Restaurant General Manager $70,000 plus bonus
Brighton/Clarkston, MI for full service, upscale , casual dining restaurant. Very successful concept, with culinary operations directed by talented Chefs. Must enjoy guest interaction, P&L. staff mentoring, community outreach, and beverage operations.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Hospitality Degree
- 5 years of high-volume restaurant manager / bar manager / dining room manager experience
- Expertise in ordering, inventory management, labor management, and scheduling
- Exceptional training skills
- Good craft beer and craft cocktail knowledge
- ServSafe certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Any additional certifications are a plus (e.g. Sommelier, Cicerone, BarSmarts, etc.)
