This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families in our community.Job Responsibilities: Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes. Collect and record data on the progress and abilities of the clients. Assist in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care. Added Advantages: Current RBT certification and CPR.Qualifications: Current RBT certification. Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
