What You'll Be Doing
- Exceed First Class standards and provide amazing customer service to every guest every day.
- Be a strong team player and do your part to ensure your team wins.
- Present Menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Basic Math Skills, Totals bill, accepts payment and follows established guidelines.
- Process all point of sale transactions in a quick, efficient manner while complying with company s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
- Memorization of Specials on shift by shift basis as well as liquor, beer, and wine products.
- Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulation including those relating to food safety.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Work Authorization in the United States (Required)
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team oriented environment
- Restaurant experience desired
