O&M Procurement and Inventory Manager

Job Summary:
Energix Renewables is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations and Maintenance team as a Procurement and Inventory Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling and managing all inventory of O&M including warehouse and sites. Precise and professional individuals will thrive in our fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control all inventory of O&M including warehouse and sites.
- Control all equipment in O&M.
- Carry out all procurement processes and order spare parts and tolls.
- Make documentation and forecast for all needs.
- Manage orders and invoices.
- Manage all O&M warehouses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree. Applicable experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
