Required Education and Experience: High School diploma/GED equivalent. Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Education and Experience: Prior Hospitality/Healthcare experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Ability to pass Background Check. Ability to pass Drug Screening.
Summary/Objective
The aim of the role of a Wayfinder is to offer a friendly, efficient and helpful service to patients who are non-ambulatory and all visitors to the Watson Clinic. To meet and greet visitors, offering assistance with locating a department and offering to accompany them as appropriate. To provide guidance on car parking arrangements and to give information regarding the location of services such as toilets, caf, shops, etc. To assist with general inquiries and assist with wheelchair support as needed.
