We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential/Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. Qualified candidates will have experience representing clients in real estate purchase and sales transactions, financing, including commercial and residential real estate lending, title matters and leasing. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions. Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association and in good standing
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience practicing residential/commercial real estate law
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
