Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple facets of several on-going, highly visible projects simultaneously. These projects include new client onboarding, new site management, as well various other new and ongoing projects. In this role you be responsible for driving end to end projects including: gathering and analyzing data, monitor trends, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations to clients both internally and externally. Finally you will provide support to Management teams to support achievement of Company and Client goals.


Qualifications:

Education/ Experience:

  • college degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • years industry related experience including project management, project implementation.


Skills: Excellent project management skills, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to work independently and successfully within a mixed matrix environment. Open communication coupled with the ability to drive exceptional customer experience. Hands on knowledge of client onboarding including technical aptitude, robust planning, and reporting capabilities. Excellent technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project). SharePoint experience a plus.


Knowledge/Abilities: Demonstrated strong understanding of general business management, IT fundamentals and Project Management processes. Strong understanding of the call center industry and business and strategic goals. Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage confidential and sensitive data.


Essential Functions and Duties

Manage multiple projects in support of various initiatives for conceptual to fruition.

Ability to lead and drive end to end projects in various capacities.

Identification of issues, research of possible solutions, recommendations to Senior Management, and implementation of recommendations.

Create, maintain, and deliver management reports to include current project status.

Identify and communicate gaps

Perform various application administration tasks as necessary.

Critical decision points on project plans (i.e. when to escalate).

Ownership of project tasks.

When and with whom to work to resolve conflicts.

Logical problem resolution within the guidelines of the project parameters.

Suggestions for process improvements, cost savings, and alternative solutions that will positively impact profitability and/or client, customer, or associate satisfaction.

Identify and communicate best practice procedures.
