Asset-Map is looking for a Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This is an important role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the direction of our Platform and on this rapidly growing company and the millions of people experiencing the platform worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with various stakeholders to translate strategic roadmap items into well-defined user stories and acceptance test criteria, proactively keeping stakeholders informed through the process
- Organize and lead your sprint team(s) in the execution of all scrum-related activities, e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews/retrospectives, etc...
- Partner with stakeholders and other customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization of required development work
- Develop, maintain, and update all requisite user stories/tasks within ClickUp to ensure accuracy of requirements and clarity of development progress
- Actively manage and maintain a general backlog of ongoing feature requests based upon internal request and VoC (voice of the customer) feedback
- Function as primary platform subject matter expert across the organization, assisting with issues tracking, triage, resolution, and status reporting
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, & Support to develop and disseminate necessary documentation and related training materials required for effective go-to-market planning
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of relevant product performance post-launch to evaluate usage and potential for future investment
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
- Consistently demonstrate commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect in all interactions, both within and outside of the team.
Required skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience within product development
- 3+ years of direct experience as a product owner
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (scrum); certification is a plus
- Previous experience working within ClickUp (or comparable) for ongoing project management, and reporting
- Previous experience in fintech, &/or financial services strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
