Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a talented and experienced Oracle ERP Senior Functional Consultant with expertise in public sector project portfolio management (PPM) and grants management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle cloud ERP solutions, particularly in the areas of PPM and grants management within the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead functional design efforts, collaborate with collaborate with stakeholders and drive the successful implementation to meet the needs of a public sector organization.
Job Responsibilities:Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle cloud ERP, with a focus on project portfolio management (PPM) and grants management modulesGather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders, and translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designsConfigure cloud ERP modules, workflows and processes to support project portfolio management, grants management, and related activitiesCollaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and design solutions for integrating Oracle cloud ERP with third party applications and systemsLead system testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the configured solutionAct as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations, insights and guidance on optimizing the cloud ERP solution and processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessJob Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle ERP functional consultant, with at least 5 years focusing on PPM and Grants Management.Extensive experience with Oracle cloud ERP and their Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Grants Management and Financials, and their configurationStrong knowledge of public sector PPM and grants management regulations, policies, and procedures, including grant lifecycle management, project planning, budgeting and reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design practical and efficient solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders and team members at all levelsExperience leading functional design workshops, conducting requirements gathering sessions, and delivering presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders
