Capehart Scatchard, a regional defense litigation firm, seeks an attorney with 5-15 years of experience to join its Mt. Laurel, NJ office. The candidate should have demonstrated experience and interest in general liability, professional liability, products liability, construction, employment, automobile and personal injury. The ideal candidates should be admitted to practice in both New Jersey (required) and New York. New (preferred). Qualified candidates should have the ability to handle cases from suit inception to trial. Portable business preferred.
