  • Description:
    Requirements:
    - H.S Diploma, GED or Equivalent
    - 3 years of experience in employee payroll processing and reimbursements in compliance with all applicable Federal, State & Local laws & regulations
    - Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types
    - *PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume healthcare environment*
    - Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 Reporting Requirements
    - Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems (API experience is a plus)

    Position Details:
    - Shift: 5x8 Days (7:30am-4pm, Mon-Fri)
    - Length of Assignment: 26 weeks
    - On-site position

    Job Summary:
    Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process paychecks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies. Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees.
