We are looking for a **Retail Experience Design Project Manager** with a perfect blend of creative insight and the ability to tell a story through customer experience, paired with a proven track record of managing complex projects in a highly matrixed organization. The ideal candidate can ideate, curate, and qualify cohesive, targeted marketing opportunities to build out detailed customer journeys and retail demo experiences.

This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both the creative elements of bringing an experience to life, as well as the project management required to ensure alignment and success across multiple initiatives and many stakeholders.

**Would you like to...**

* Partner closely with the client to ideate, curate, and qualify retail experience concepts to support key campaigns and initiatives

* Support Marketing initiatives through the creation of detailed storytelling and bringing concepts to life with engaging customer experiences and demos

* Manage end to end projects from conception, intake, assessment, and plan execution

* Own curation, management, and implementation of multiple pieces of creative content, including creation of workable app mockups and documentation

* Organize and manage assets for all experiences to ensure high quality standards of execution

* Drive experience development process improvements through constant maintenance and management of end-to-end process

* Collaborate and communicate across multiple teams to provide insight into how experiences folds into the larger workstream model to create a meaningful story that lands in store and with the Field

* Represent Experience workstream across multiple projects to ensure business needs and requirements are incorporated into future platform/tool/process development

* Ideate and track app/platform improvement features and executions

* Build, maintain, and improve internal tools to meet and exceed the needs of the business

**We would like you to have...**

* Ability to synthesize business goals and creative concepts into clearly articulated customer experiences, including detailed execution planning

* Experience collaborating and designing customer demos and experiences to drive brand loyalty and business goals

* Highly adept at translating creative concepts into actionable business requirements and driving to execution

* Ability to distill large quantities of assets into clearly executable projects

* Strong eye for design and user interface/experience, with the ability to create the look and feel of an app through workable mock-ups

* Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe suite applications

* Social Media experience a plus

* Bonus points for light video asset creation and editing skills

* Ideal candidate is familiar with Microsoft product line

* Experience customer journey mapping and storytelling through demos and experiences

* Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain abstract concepts to multiple stakeholders in a relevant manner

* Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive results within a matrixed environment through cross-group collaboration

* Proficient in full Office 365 suite, including strong understanding of day-to-day programs such as Outlook, Teams, OneNote to communicate in a remote setting

* Self-started and independent worker
