We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our insulation company, overseeing all operational aspects of our projects. This role requires fluency in Portuguese, a deep understanding of insulation materials, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will possess a valid work permit and significant experience in the insulation field.

Responsibilities:
