Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments between clients and linguists across multiple industries
- Manage a high volume of phone calls with clients and vendors
- Ensure precise scheduling and logistical arrangements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of appointments
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and linguists
- Contribute to a positive and productive office environment
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Exceptional multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills (proficiency in scheduling software a plus)
- Outstanding customer service orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
- Prior experience in scheduling and/or, coordination
- Must be honest, drug-free, and smoke-free
- Compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
