**Plumbing Foreman/Superintendent**
Katy, TX Full Time Posted December 28, 2020 Creature is a fully integrated design, manufacture, construct (DMC) firm located in Birmingham, AL. DMC replaces the century-old siloed approach of the AEC Industry. DMC uses design to leverage manufacturing productivity so that construction is simple. We self perform almost all of the work in the field. Our system is significantly more economical, faster, and much better for people running the system. We are working with Blox, LLC who is delivering manufactured building modules to sites across the US. Creature will perform the site work and foundation work then stitch the module together to create 6,500 SF medical clinics. We are responsible for the delivery of the project from site work through Certificate of Occupancy. Creature needs group of Plumbers to be a part of the Stitch Team. The day to day requirement of the stitch Plumber team will consist of making connections of the individual modules when they are set on site. The ideal person for this role would be someone who is conscientious, motivated, enjoys solving a problem and is accomplishment driven. A Masters Level or higher is required. This person must understand and embrace our values: Ownership versus Coordination - The more you divide up the tasks, the more coordination is required. The costs increase exponentially, simply because coordinating things is always more expensive than owning things themselves. Taking an accomplishment and making sure it was completed by doing whatever was necessary, regardless of the circumstances. Your role (job) has nothing to do with activities.
