LHH is exclusively partnering with a dynamic healthcare industry client to find a Senior Financial Analyst! This is a newly created position based on growth. This position is reporting to the Director of Finance working in a team of 8 with direct access to the CFO. The focus of the position is reporting and financial analysis with annual budgeting and forecasting responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to partner across lines of business. This position is offering hybrid work flexibility.
Requirements:
- 5 + years of directly related experience as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst
- Strong financial reporting acumen
- Ability to pull data from multiple sources and tell the financial story to business leaders
- Expert Excel skills
- Strong general ledger skills
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and margin/pricing analysis needed
- Experience with Sage Intacct strong desired
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business required
- MBA is a nice plus
