**The Olive Press Retail Associate (Sonoma, CA)**
* This position is eligible for a $1000 Hiring Bonus

SUMMARY
This is a hospitality position that requires great guest service and a warm, friendly presence. Our Retail Associate will be able to tell the story of our Olive Oil and Cline & Jacuzzi History with pride and enthusiasm. This person will be responsible for hosting tastings and selling our products. We are looking for a front-line associate, both part time and full time, who enjoys center stage but also the selling environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Retail Tasting Room: Always be aware all of guests. Acknowledge each guest by making eye contact, smiling warmly and welcome customers at all times even if you are already helping a group. Be aware of your surroundings.
* Conducting Olive Oil Tasting:
+ Educate, Entertain, promote our Olive oils/Balsamic vinegar, gifts, etc. Promote sister properties
* Maintenance of Retail Tasting Room:
+ Organizing, stocking supplies
* Customer Safety: Food Handlers Certification dates needed before 1st day
REQUIREMENTS:
* Warm, friendly and smiling demeanor. Outgoing personality. Professional, reliable, Trust-worthy.
* Fulfill shift as directed, which includes weekends, holidays and special events.
