ERADICATING GLOBAL POVERTY:

ABOUT FINCA INTERNATIONAL

FINCA International believes in creating sustainable solutions to eradicate global poverty.

We started in 1984 with a powerful idea: if rural women farmers could form a Village Bank to share a loan and guarantee repayment, they could access the funds to invest in their farming operations, grow their businesses and improve their standard of living. It was the dawn of what we know today as microfinance.

Remaining true to this original idea but evolving our business model to meet the needs of customers across diverse geographies, FINCA is now a global leader in mobilizing and investing capital in lasting and sustainable solutions. We focus on solutions that are most important to our customers: improving livelihoods, building resilience and investing in education.

We think banks can, and should, offer accessible and flexible credit, savings, and other financial products to help people improve their financial health, manage their ongoing obligations, cope with setbacks, and build resources for the future.

We also know that financial services are not the only tool people need to thrive. People also need access to education and other services such as health, sanitation, clean water, and climate adaptation guidance and resources. FINCA is a leading investor in social enterprises whose products and services address these challenges in a scalable and sustainable way while delivering on quantifiable and positive social impact.

We are over 8,000 dedicated colleagues who are passionate about ending poverty. Most of us live in the communities we serve across 40 countries, and all of us are guided by our values of warmth, trust, and responsibility.

We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and consider people at all career stages. We seek individuals with whom we can build strong and lasting relationships people who care about, and have respect for, customers. We look for colleagues who approach their work with joy, innovation, energy, and a sense of service beyond self.

Thank you for applying.
