Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Industrial Emissions

Location: Hybrid (4 days in Office, 1 day Home Office)

Reports to: Business Unit Manager - Emissions


Working as part of the Marketing Team, this role will be a strategic partner to the Business Unit Manager, developing sales-ready leads to the Industrial Emissions Business Unit. Reporting into the Vice President of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager Emissions will develop relevant industry marketing content that draw from Testo s emissions products (testo 350, testo 340 and complimentary product) managing our brand positioning within a crowded and specific market.


Overall Goal: Increase YOY sales-ready leads 15% of both new and competitive user through creative marketing strategies


Marketing Strategies:


  • Maximize lead generation and conversion:
  • Manage social media presence strategically to generate leads and engage potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and strategies that effectively convert leads to sales.


  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns:
  • Increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, content, trade shows, events).
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials (brochures, case studies, white papers, presentations) that highlight the value proposition of Testo analyzers for specific customer segments.
  • Utilize SEO and PPC advertising to attract targeted online traffic searching for emissions testing solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement:
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance regularly to identify areas for optimization and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, legislation, and regulations to ensure messaging and product offerings remain relevant.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry leaders and key opinion leaders to gain insights and build brand credibility.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company.
