Job Details

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A High School Diploma/GED

United States Citizenship

1-2 years of previous help desk or service desk experience

1-2 years of experience in 2 of the following:

Troubleshooting IT environments

Working directly with end users/customers

Working with Active Directory or a similar tool

End user Internet connectivity troubleshooting.

End user hardware/software troubleshooting.

Additional desired experience and skills:

Associates degree in an IT-related field or A+/Net+ Certification

Outstanding Customer Service Skills

Experience using MS Office


  • Manage Help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware & Sofware.
  • Stage up new computers.
  • Detail-orientated to keep detailed notes on tickets.
  • Ability to diagnose & resolve basic computer technical issues.
