The Healthcare Recruiter position is a vital role that facilitates the full cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals.

This is a full time position with an annual base salary of $48,000 plus a highly competitive commission structure, quarterly bonus opportunities, monthly financial contests, benefits and other rewards.


  • Willing to work in Fort Lauderdale, FL (zip code area of 33334) - 2 days a week (1 mandatory day and 1 flex each week )
  • Able to make at least 250 outbound calls per week OR achieve metric standards to avoid needing to make that amount of calls
  • Has long term vision, if you are looking for a short term solution this won't check off that box
  • Ideal candidate will characterize their personality as, entrepreneurial-spirited, self-motivated, outgoing, fun, yet professional....can speak to anyone!
