Job Summary:
* Provides physical therapy services to patients ranging in age to prevent, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain.
* Responsible for treating inpatients and outpatients.
* Therapist Assistants are responsible for providing patient treatments/services according to a plan of care established by a Physical Therapist (PT).
* Serves patients of all age groups.
Schedule:
* Full-time
* 80 hours every two weeks
* Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; every 4th weekend; holiday rotation

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant academic program and successful completion of required clinical training by the academic facility required.
* Licensed through the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant required or a current temporary permit required with a Physical Therapist Assistant license required within 90 days of exam.
* Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
* No prior professional experience required.
* Prior field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions.
