Onsite Recruiter and Staffing Manager Massillon, OH
Come grow with us! Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a Workforce Manager to be based 100% onsite across three locations at our new manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity to join our Stafftacular StaffMatrix team. You will be the face of Staffing Solutions at our client, getting to work hands-on with the local HR team and contingent labor force. As a Recruiter and Staffing Manager, you will leverage job boards and recruiting resources to plan and direct contract and contract-to-hire staffing activities to ensure timely availability and retention of qualified manufacturing and warehouse candidates, while also ensuring that doing business with Staffing Solutions Enterprises is always a WOW experience.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or account management in an B2B capacity
- Superior ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage shifting priorities
- Flexibility to cover a 24-7 manufacturing location which could include schedule adjustments to accommodate periodic orientations, trainings, or other employee needs
- Must have valid driver s license
- Experience in recruiting and/or human resources preferred
