**Job Summary** The Maintenance Technician is tasked with repairing and maintaining various types of equipment in a sand mining facility such as pumps and conveyors. They are responsible for performing pre-shift inspections and managing work orders using maintenance software. Even Simpler: This person fixes and takes care of big machines that move sand around at a place where they dig up sand. They check the machines before work starts and use a computer program to keep track of what they do.

**Skill Requirements** Must-Have:
+ **High School Diploma**
+ 2 years **Industrial Maintenance** experience or completion of an **Apprenticeship Program** or **Technical School Program**
+ Experience in **Welding** , **Fabricating** , and **Belt Splicing**
+ Knowledge of **Sand Plant Equipment**
+ Basic computer skills
Preferred:
+ **Millwright Certification**
+ **Welding Certification**
+ **Aggregates Mining Experience**
+ Certified in **Crane Rigging**
**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
